Use Case for the Request a Partner Form

The Request a Partner Form allows users to request the creation of a new partner entity within the marketplace. This is useful when a user wants to associate themselves with a partner that does not yet exist in the system.

Walkthrough of the Request a Partner Process

1. Navigate to Portal -> Form Builder and select Request a Partner Form.
2. Customize the form fields to capture key details about the new partner request and save.
3. Share the form link with users who need to request a new partner entity.
4. Users complete the form and submit their request.
5. Admins review and approve the request under Submissions -> Forms, after which the new partner is created within the marketplace.
