Overview of Form Types
| Form Type | Use Case |

| Partner Application | Public-facing form for prospective partners to apply and be reviewed before joining the marketplace. Requires admin approval before account creation. Use this form for the Claim Listing feature. |
| Registration Form | Form for verified partners to create an account and manage their listing without admin approval. Functions like the Partner Application but auto-approves the partner. |
| General Form | Custom form for gathering partner-related information. Partners fill out this form inside the Partner Fleet platform. |
| Request a Partner | Allows marketplace users to request a new partner to be featured within the marketplace. |
Important
The Partner Application and Registration Form both have 5 mandatory fields that need to be included.
- User Field -> First Name
- User Field -> Last Name
- User Field -> Email
- Partner Field -> Company Name
- Partner Field -> Company Website
