Use Case for the General Form

The General Form allows marketplace admins to collect various types of information from partners directly within the Partner Fleet platform. This form can be customized based on specific data collection needs, such as feedback, partner details, or other inquiries.

Walkthrough of the General Form Process

1. Go to Portal -> Form Builder and select General Form.
2. Customize the form fields based on your data collection needs and save.
3. Partners complete and submit the form inside the platform.
4. Submitted responses can be reviewed under Submissions -> Form
