Add a resource to a listing

Adds a resource to the Resources section of the listing and returns it. When the resource has no image, the preview image of the page at link is used if one is found.

Public URL of an image (PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP or SVG, up to 5 MB). It is downloaded during the request; if it cannot be downloaded, it is ignored.

Position in the section, starting at 1. Omit to add the resource at the end.
