Deletes the customer account with the given external ID. An account that still has attached integrations cannot be deleted (409): delete its attached integrations first. A deleted account no longer appears in this API, and its external ID can be used for a new account. External IDs in the path may contain dots (for example refine.com). Do not add a format suffix such as .json to the path: it would be read as part of the ID. Requires the customer_accounts_delete permission.
