Returns the lead form that visitors fill in to contact the listing's partner, with its fields in display order. The form always comes from the partner's live listing, so any listing ID or slug of the partner returns the same form. The response body is null when the live listing has no lead form. Use the field IDs as the keys of lead_submission when you submit a lead.
