Updates the partner account fields you send as top-level parameters and leaves the others unchanged. Besides name, you can send about_us, website and any custom partner account field that is not of type hidden, by its ID from GET /api/admin/definitions/accounts (with or without the _vendor suffix). Other parameters are ignored. Returns the ID and name of the partner account.
