Records that the customer account with the given external ID has connected a partner's integration. The integration gets its own external_id, unique within the account; one that the account already uses returns 409. An unknown partner_id or status returns 422. External IDs in the path may contain dots (for example refine.com). Do not add a format suffix such as .json to the path: it would be read as part of the ID. Requires the integrations_create permission.
