Changes a draft or rejected listing to pending and adds it to your admins' approval queue, like the Send For Approval button in the admin. The listing must meet its template's requirements; otherwise the response is 422 and names what is missing. Other statuses return 422. Approval itself is only possible in the admin. Requires the listings_update permission.
