Creates a category group together with its top-level (root) category, which has the same name. Add categories to the group with POST /api/admin/categories, using the root category as the parent. The new group is not linked to your marketplace, so its categories do not appear in GET /api/admin/categories until you add it to the marketplace's Related Categories setting.
